In Petrits family gingerbread and candle-stick handcraft have been inherited from father to son through six generations now, with all its tools and machinery. Some of the tools are not used any more, some are here from older generations. We thought it would be a shame to hide these treasures from public. We are committed to make more and more people familiar with the items of the past and this is the part of Hungarian tradition that our family can contribute to. That is why we undertook Honey Memories, Gingerbread, Candle and Candy producing Museum.
